We are equipped to handle projects of any scale, from a single book cover design to large, multi-phase projects like a full brand launch that includes web design, animation, and printed marketing materials. Every project receives the same dedicated attention to detail.

We primarily use a fixed project fee model. After our initial consultation where we discuss your vision, requirements, and scope, we will provide you with a comprehensive, itemized quote. This ensures no surprises and allows you to budget confidently. For follow-up work like website maintenance or minor edits, we switch to a pre-agreed hourly rate.

Our standard payment structure is designed to be fair and straightforward:

  • Standard Projects: A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule and begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery and your approval.

  • Large Projects ($10,000+): We use a three-phase payment schedule of 33% at project start, 33% upon completion of a major milestone (e.g., initial animation rigging or website prototype), and the final 34% upon delivery.

  • Small Jobs ($100 or less): Payment in full is required before work begins.

To get started, we will need your completed manuscript (in a Word document or similar), any specific ideas or inspirations for the cover, your target genre, and the trim size you prefer. For the interior, let us know if you have specific font preferences or stylistic examples.

You will receive all the necessary, industry-standard file formats for your project. This typically includes high-resolution PDFs for print, web-optimized JPGs/PNGs, and native source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD, .INDD) where applicable. For 3D and animation work, we will deliver in the formats you need for your intended platform (e.g., .MP4, .MOV, .FBX).

We accept payments via cash, check, or money order. Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.]. All invoices will be clearly itemized and sent electronically.

Turnaround time is project-dependent. A simple business card design will be much faster than a fully rigged 3D animation. After reviewing your project’s specifics, we will provide a clear timeline with key milestones. We pride ourselves on clear communication and will keep you updated on our progress.

We build a set number of revision rounds (typically 2-3) into our fixed-price quotes for each project phase. This allows for collaborative refinement while keeping the project on schedule and budget. Any additional revisions will be billed at the pre-agreed hourly rate.

Delivery is tailored to the project type:

  • Digital Files: Small files are delivered via email. Larger files (like video, animation, or full book layouts) are delivered via a secure Dropbox link.

  • Physical Media: A USB drive with all final assets can be provided upon request.

  • Print Jobs: For stationery, brochures, books, or labels, the final printed products will be shipped to your chosen address via UPS or USPS.

Upon receipt of your final payment, you own the full rights to the final delivered design files for your use. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our capabilities. For author clients, you will receive the final print-ready PDFs and source files as specified in our agreement.

Yes, we offer ongoing web design management and maintenance packages. We can discuss retainer options to ensure your website remains updated, secure, and functioning perfectly, billed at our standard hourly rate or a monthly flat fee.
