Howdy Howdy Folks! I’m back with a brand new beginner Series for Blender 3.0! This series is strictly focused on the total basics of Blender, so if you don’t even know anything about 3D you can still hop in and get started with us!
Blender 3D is the worlds premier Open Source 3D Modeling, Animation and Rendering software package. Blender is available on several operating systems which include FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows.
Since its initial release in 1995 by Dutch animation studio NeoGeo and Not a Number Technologies (NaN), Blender has been used to create 3D graphics, cartoons and animated features by amateur and pro animators alike.
Although powerful, you will have to invest some time learning the Blender interface and workflow (which seems to become more powerful and easy to use with every new release), but the results will be well worth your efforts.
Blender puts the power to create your very own 3D graphics, animations, film shorts and special effects in your hands. Continue reading for a deeper look at some of the features this powerful 3D package has to offer.
This video-based tutorial is appropriate for Blender 3D versions 3.0 and above.
